Packing options, carton and pallet planning, shipping terms, documents and lead times.
Packing is decided with the product, not after it. These options are available and can be mixed across the order:
Give us your pallet or container plan and we will fit the carton dimensions to it. A carton that fills the pallet floor exactly is worth more than a marginally cheaper carton that wastes a third of the load. Carton markings, item codes and quantities are agreed before production so your warehouse can receive the shipment without repacking it.
We quote EXW, FOB Xiamen and CIF to your port, and can arrange DDP where the destination and duty treatment are clear. Equipment is bulky relative to its value, so give us your pallet plan and we will fit the carton sizes to it.
Commercial invoice, packing list and the bill of lading or airway bill are prepared to match the order exactly. Certificates of origin and any product declarations are prepared on request. Tell us the document set your broker needs at order confirmation rather than at shipping, and the paperwork will not hold the goods.
Sampling is typically 7–14 working days and bulk production 20–30 working days after approval, depending on how many items are in the set. Tooling for a new moulded part adds to a first order; designing variants to share moulds keeps later additions cheaper.
Lead times run from sample approval, not from the enquiry, and assume the specification is frozen. Changes made after approval restart the production window for the affected item.
To put this into practice, start from the product range and then read the guide closest to your next decision. Send your destination port and expected order quantity and we will quote the shipping basis that gives you the lowest landed cost.
